This website has a reserved section where customers can operate on their own, acquiring information, directly filling in the Railway Bill, constantly checking the status of their shipments and reporting any critical factors.

Domestic calls made from fixed telephones will be free of charge at answer.
The cost of a domestic phone call made between Monday and Friday from 8:00am and 6:30pm, and Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00, is €14.25 cents/minute (VAT included). At all other times, the cost will be €5.58 cents/minute (VAT included).
The cost of calls made from a mobile phone depends on the rate established by the caller’s mobile service provider.

Operational facilities for assistance
For customers who choose our block train products, there is a dedicated facility with specialised personnel who can provide all the necessary assistance:
To manage and adapt transport programmes to customer requirements
To constantly monitor shipments, with proactive information
To manage all reports of critical factors
To provide constant reference during the entire transport period
All references for contact are provided by our commercial facilities upon signature of the contract.
For customers who choose single wagon transport (“multi-client”) there is another dedicated facility, operating from Monday through Friday from 8.00 to 17.00, with e-mail contact at the address cargocrmrc@trenitalia.it
