Request for wagons
If you need wagons, please, send your request (also via e-mail) to the Freight Management (Gestione Merci) in the station of departure at least six working days before the date of departure. Registered customers may use the form provided in the reserved area for requests via internet. When possible, the request may be accepted without taking into account the above.
The following information must be provided in the request:
• Type and weight of merchandise
• Capacity or usable area of shipment
• Number of wagons required
• Date of shipment
• Station of Destination.
The conditions for the supply of specific wagons, wagons for exceptional transport or complete trains shall be agreed between the carrier and the customer.
