Consignment Notes
Registered customers can send the information pertaining their shipments by filling in the consignment note online; it will be sent automatically to the departure station of said shipment.
The tool also allows you to attach additional documents.
The consignment notes sent are collected in a customised archive and are always available for consultation, accessing through your reserved area.
If the consignment note is delivered by hand to the freight departure management, the consignor must use one of the consignment note sheets that you can see in the Instructions enclosed with the CGCM.
There are, in fact, various consignment note sheets depending on the type of transport:
National serviceConventional and empty wagons travelling internationallyInternational combined transportCumulative service
